Inspection Reports

Each 1st Class Property Inspection includes a comprehensive computer generated narrative report and color digital pictures. Reports are written in accordance with the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) standards of practice.

Reports are available for delivery within 2 business days from completion of inspection.

Delivery Options

Upon completion of the report the following delivery options are available:
1. Email sent with your report attached as a pdf file
2. Web site download report is available for you to view, print or download at your convenience
3. Local* delivery of report binder (*within 20 miles)
4. USPS Priority Service: Add 2-3 days for mailing
5. Expedited services available for additional fees

To View Your Report

To view, download or print a copy of your confidential 1st Class Property Inspection Report (click here). You will need the Username and Password provided to you by email or by our office manager. Please contact us at (925) 875-1232 or  inspect@1stclasspi.com for login information.

Also, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader® installed on your system. If you do not currently have Adobe Acrobat Reader, please go to the Adobe web site to download a free copy.
